The mood is easygoing but attentive, where the hum of conversations and clinking glasses create a convivial backdrop without overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where locals might gather midweek to unwind with a well-crafted drink or share stories over artisanal pizzas that carry a whisper of tradition and a sprinkle of spirited creativity. The kitchen’s care shows through dishes that balance familiar flavors with thoughtful craftsmanship—from the savory dances of sausage and pepper to the more playful surprises like Nutella pizzas, each bite inviting a moment of connection.
Beyond the signature pizzas, the menu feels like a celebration of Italian roots mixed with Brooklyn’s approachable charm—fresh burrata alongside fried calamari and baked clams, or a hearty chicken parmigiana that comforts without ceremony. Whether you’re perched at the bar watching a cocktail come alive or tucked away with friends soaking in the atmosphere, there’s a quietly joyful quality here, where food and drink bring people together in shared enjoyment rather than showmanship.

The attentive, friendly staff enhance the experience without fanfare, making each visit feel personal and familiar over time. Whether it’s a spontaneous family lunch or a casual nightcap, Table 87 holds space for those simple moments of connection—the understated hum of a place where good company, good food, and a well-mixed cocktail come naturally.

This little pizzeria wasn’t as small as it looked. If you continue walking down the restaurant and around there is a whole other seating section that is pretty spacious. The pizza- fabulous. The sauce, a little sweet and dolloped on top. They even have their pizza packaged up in a little refrigerator ready to go. Would eat here again in a heartbeat.

Went in for a slice on a Wednesday night. The place was empty. It was 90 degrees outside, the back room was cool. The sausage and pepper pizza was pricey but worth it. Took home leftovers. It was thin, everything was done well. Even the presentation. Parking it tough, but I would come back for sure. Get off the BQE if you’re sitting in traffic and try this place. it’s a nice restaurant and a pizza place, that’s why the food is so good. Also, they make it in front of you. You cannot go wrong. I’ll be back

Had family lunch there, we found the restaurant by coincidence while looking where to sit down and eat. We had pizza, chicken wings, lasagna and pasta. All of them were delicious. On top of that we had a dessert, which was a tiramisu and slices of "sweet" pizza with Nutella. Ms. Maria who was serving us was very nice, polite and attentive. All the best about the restaurant and their staff.

I love this restaurant! Great food, artisanal pizzas, great drinks, lovely ambiance-what more could you ask for? When I was working in the area, we sorta made the bar our weekly hangout. We’d chop it up, have some laughs and leave there happy and satisfied. Never disappointed.
